From 25th to 29th May 2024, Singapore will be the stage for the upcoming Rotary International Convention. We will welcome over 25,000 Rotary delegates from across the globe as they gather in our garden city rich with culture. Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, this convention is set to be the largest association congress ever hosted by the Republic. It is a celebration of service, friendship, and the power to ignite lasting change in our communities.
Bringing together this amazing event requires a dynamic team of 1,200 volunteers who can show off our city’s eminent hospitality. We extend a sincere invitation to the students, staff and members of your institution, regardless of age and background, to join us.
The volunteering opportunities available are diverse and cater to a wide range of interests and skills. Here are just a few examples:
Help Desk – Airport
Provide information, guidance, and support at the dedicated help desk.

Be a valuable resource for our guests, answering queries and ensuring their stay is comfortable.
Welcome and Information Desk Concierge
Offer a friendly welcome and provide essential information.
Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the convention.
